How on earth can I start to describe Angie Dowds? This woman has helped me so, so much. She has taught me that I can do anything I put my mind to. She has taught me to love training, which I truly do. She has also taught me that to keep fit you don't necessarily have to be stuck in a gym for hours on end. There's so much more out there to do, especially living in the valleys in Wales. She has, more importantly, helped me to be a fit and healthy husband and father, this is where I will always be indebted to her.
I've always enjoyed training but only at my own lethargic pace. Where I would soon give up quickly, Angie's motto is never give up, which she soon drummed into me and now I live by this motto. She has always been there for me. "I am so grateful to you Angie".
